PDF Checklist:

• PDF must be saved as web optimised for the PDF page selection download to work.
  
  
• Unlike most of our competition, we can accept all PDF documents whether they are single page spreads or double page spreads (and any combination thereof).
  
  
• The PDF file size must be no larger than 100 Megabytes.
  
  
• Please be aware that the pages must be sequential.
  
  
• Please remove all password protections on the PDF.
  
  
• If you have the ability, make sure to leave the editable preferences box unchecked when compiling the PDF.
  
  
• Make sure the PDF's pages are of 'near' equal height and width. If there is a discrepency of 10pixels (3mm) or more we will alert you to this. With such a difference, there might be a small loss of quality.

Logo Checklist:

• Your logo must be an image in .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .PNG format. All image/graphics editors are able to produce one or more of these (even Microsoft Paint!)
  
  
• Your image will preferably be between 40 pixels high and 400 wide. If not, we will resize on upload, but large images may lose a little of their original details.
  
  
• If your image is in .JPG or .JPEG format, your image background will be a block colour (i.e. no transparency), as will some .PNG or .GIF files when a transparent background is not used. Therefore it is important to choose the correct logo background colour to suit your logo when in the creation process.

Video Specification:

• Video sizes are not limited, but we find smaller more compact videos have a greater effect.
  
  
• We can only allow one video per page.
  
  
• Videos must be in .FLV (Flash Video) format. If you only have an .AVI .MPG or similar, you can download a converter through google. Just search for: 'AVI to FLV', 'MPG to FLV' or if you have a different tyoe of video, please replace the MPG/AVI for the extension of your video file.
